  My wife's family had a birthday lunch here Sunday 2Oct16 for my Mother in Law. The waitress we had was AWESOME! I don't recall her name but I remember she said to ask for the girl with the short black haircut, :) She went out of her way to make my Mother in Law's lunch fun.
  Right now the store is having their hamburger special, I can honestly say it was FANTASTIC!

  I use to frequent other RT's and decided to make the trip to this one from Houston since it's been a few years and this is the last of its kind in Texas. Wow, was I wrong. It was no where near the same. The salad bar was in horrible shape with only a handful of patrons on both sides of the establishment, the silverware was smudged everywhere (not even a partial polish), the lighting was almost too dim and made it feel very damp, the spinach artichoke dip had 10x too much salt, the half rack was severely over cooked, the loaded mash came out cold and bland, prepackaged shrimp was disgusting, and the white cheddar mac was also super bland. On top of this, when i made notice to the manager on dutyx she didn't seem too concerned over the quality or any resolution. She almost seemed bothered by me even bringing anything up. It was originally my favorite staple to go to (hence the 300+ mile drive to eat there), but now I will never return.

  My family and I decided to go out and eat. We could not get into Osaka because there was no tables available and there was other people waiting as well. Then we decided to go to Texas Roadhouse, but there was not a parking space. So we decided to come to Ruby Tuesday. This one was mediocre to okay at best. My mom ordered a steak that was suppose to be a six ounce, but she described it as a three ounce, and it was $13.99. She had to send it back because it was still raw on the inside when it was suppose to be medium rare. When it came to the salad bar, I like the one at Jason's Deli better. I did like the Chicken 'Bella plus the fountain drinks served in mugs, but that was it. Next time, I will go to Applebee's or LongHorn Steakhouse.
